[How to consume/use]
Boiling: Once the water boils, add the dumplings and stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the pot. After it boils again, add a bowl of cold water, cover the pot, and continue cooking over medium-low heat. When the dumplings float to the surface and are covered with white bubbles, they are ready to be removed and eaten.
Pan-fry: First, heat a frying pan for one minute and add a tablespoon of oil. Arrange the dumplings neatly in the pan. Turn the heat to medium-low and add flour and water until the dumplings are about halfway up. (To make the flour mixture, add about 1 teaspoon of flour to 200cc of cold water.) Cover the pan and cook until all the water has evaporated, about 10 minutes. Before removing from the pan, turn the heat to medium and fry the bottoms of the dumplings until golden brown and crispy.
